Information You Give Us
When you call, text, or email us, or complete a project inquiry form, we receive the information you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your request, prepare for a consultation, and provide our engineering services.
When you use the chat widget on this site, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, and a message about your project. The chat widget is provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). Messages you send through it are delivered to our GoHighLevel account, where our staff responds and schedules follow-up calls and texts. GoHighLevel processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy policy. If you provide a phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Information Collected Automatically
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it, for example which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and the general region visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects your IP address, device and browser type, and page interactions. We have IP anonymization enabled where available and do not use Analytics to identify individuals. Google's handling of this data is described in Google's privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
The chat widget and our marketing agency's tracking script (links.tdcreativesagency.com) may set cookies or local storage in your browser to continue a conversation across pages and to measure which campaigns bring visitors to the site.

Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our website host (Hostinger), our CRM and chat platform (GoHighLevel), Google (Analytics), and our email provider, each of which is limited to using it on our behalf. We may also share information when required by law, or with building departments and project team members when you engage us for a project and the information is needed to perform the work.
Retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the period required to maintain project records under California professional engineering rules. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings, currently 14 months.
Your Choices And Rights
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- California residents may request to know what personal information we hold about them, request deletion, and opt out of any sale (we do not sell information). Email padmin@pasquiniengineering.com to make a request. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
